The hotel has fine and spotless rooms with 2 double beds and TV's, for instance. The staff are amiable and deserve a 4-star rating. The location is marvellous, to other local dining establishments.

Clean, brand-new hotel, I enjoyed reasonably large rooms and attentive staff. Ate at the authentic restaurant which has a good atmosphere and a fine selection of food.

Our room was newly remodelled and spotless with high floors and very comfortable beds, for instance. The location was magnificent and comfy, 0.5 miles to General Mariano Escobedo airport, perfectly reachable.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. As IHG rewards members, we were recognized by the hotel and the rooms had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The free shuttle service made it even more convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the restaurant bar next door. we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Tbh, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The hotel was clean with excellent location to other local dining establishments and outstanding rooms. Location: the property was so close to a safe area and the airport and most industrial facilities in the area. There was an authentic restaurant nearby. The room on high floors. The breakfast was great, and the staff was amicable;)))

All good — we loved this hip new hotel — the food was decent and the stuff where amiable and fabulously friendly. The room was newly remodelled and big size, on high floors. The property's location was magnificent and convenient, closest to the industrial park. Besides, it was short walk to Mexico and the airport and most industrial facilities in the area and an authentic Mexican restaurant. The breakfast in the attached restaurant which has a good atmosphere and a fine selection of food was great.

Variety of great breakfast options. Excellent and comfortable location in the industrial area, really close to the Industrial Park in Monterrey Mexico and an industrial area. Free parking on-site provided.

Very rude staff!

I had a really great stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the hotel offered some fantastic amenities without breaking the bank. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their bilingual proficiency was a huge plus. The hotel's location, especially its proximity to the industrial park, made it extremely convenient for my business trip. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, from the excellent II Castillo Italian restaurant to the other local establishments nearby. I found the staff, basic amenities, and rooms on high floors to be top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the fact that it consistently offered a good selection of fresh options was a definite highlight.
